Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope you all had delicious meals with friends and family. I got to celebrate Thanksgiving two nights in a row – last night we had a Thanksgiving dinner with my extended family, and this evening I put together a little mini-Thanksgiving meal for me and my parents (insert Toula from “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” jokes here). I got the recipes for sage and onion stuffing and golden mashed potatoes from The Kitchn, and I got a buttermilk biscuit recipe from Once Upon A Chef (both of which are awesome cooking blogs!).
